Warranty

1. General Provisions:

1.1 Disainkaminad OÜ teostab kõikidele müüdud kaminasüdamikele (edaspidi tooted) garantiiremonti.
Garantiiperioodi pikkus on 3 aasta alates Seadme ostmise kuupäevast.

2. Liability and Warranty:

2.1. The warranty covers repairs and the replacement of parts with manufacturing defects.
2.2. The warranty is valid if the Product is regularly maintained according to the manufacturer’s provided instructions. The recommended maintenance frequency for the Device is 2-4 times a year, depending on the frequency of use and environmental conditions.
2.3. The warranty is valid if the serial numbers on the Device have not been altered, and the Product has not been disassembled.

3. The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by:

3.1. Installation or relocation of the Product and other accidental damages.
3.2. Neglect or improper storage and use of the Product, as well as overloading.
3.3. Failure to adhere to the installation and usage instructions and safety requirements of the Product
(Note: All Devices must be grounded).

4. Warranty does not apply:

4.1. If the Product has been repaired by an unauthorized individual or service company.
4.2. Due to independent factors beyond the control of Disainkaminad OÜ (such as vandalism, lightning, water, fire, voltage fluctuations in the power supply, electrostatic discharge, short circuits, etc.).
4.3. If non-accepted products by the manufacturer have been used in the Product (e.g., incorrect choice of fuel for combustion).

4.4. If damage has occurred during the installation of the Product (e.g., scratches or injuries).

4.5. If the Product has been used unusually or under conditions other than those for which they were intended.

4.6 In case of damage resulting from negligence or an accident, neglect of device maintenance, and neglect or material alterations.

5. Garantii ei sisalda:

5.1 Seadme töötamise seisukohalt ebaoluliste vigade (kriimustused jms.) remonti ega normaalsest kulumisest tingitud osade vahetamist;
5.2 Seadme puhastamist, hooldamist, kasutamise õpetamist;

6. Measures in Case of Malfunction

6.1. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, the Buyer must promptly inform Disainkaminad OÜ about the issue. The notification should include details such as the product type (product model, serial number), a precise description of the malfunction, and the circumstances in which the malfunction occurred.
6.2. After the expiration of the warranty period, reference to a malfunction reported during the warranty period cannot be made unless it has been documented in writing.
6.3. In ambiguous situations, the customer should always consult with Disainkaminad OÜ regarding the extent of the warranty, the possible obligation for repair, and whether the Device can be repaired on-site or in a service workshop.
